Not much else to say, but why is there no 'N' letter in the name selection for high scores...?
Author's Response:
This is the N-less version of SOF Supernova. If you'd like the version with the N, please visit www.mausland.de

Good general 'Fishy' game. There have been a few others of these, but my favorite part of this was was the addition of exact numbers. Blobs under 20 were a little difficult to read, as they have small fonts and move quickly, though. The addition of sounds, maybe some bonuses / powerups (ability to lay temporary walls, who knows) would make this game AWESOME - but there are a few bugs / exploits you might want to address (You might notice that Flarf and myself have unexplicably high scores):
First of all, the player can 'teleport' by right-clicking, then left-clicking where they want to go (they are still vulnerable in their original location until after they've teleported by left-clicking on their desired destionation)
Secondly, right-clicking and selecting "play" during the game brings you to the loss-of-life screen. Right-clicking and selecting "play" again brings you to the submit-score screen. Right-clicking and selecting "play" a third time brings you to the level-up screen, where if the player simply hits the "Continue" button, then repeats this 3x right-click "Play" sequence, can keep leveling up, gaining 100 points per level. That's how I got to level 36, and I'm sure that's how Flarf got to level 33 and then 100. I was at level 129 when I accidentally right-clicked and selected "Play" from the level-up screen, which brought me back to the beginning, with zero points (although I still had an insane number of lives, and the blobs were still on level 129 even though I was on level 1 - ie, it was impossible).
I loved the score submission table, I think I currently have the highest legit score of 420, but now it simply became a question of who was willing to cheat longer without messing up. So if you can fix those two bugs, add sounds, and maybe make it so on later levels, the blobs move faster, instead of spawning more, since it quickly becomes impossible - then I think you would have an A+ quality game on your hands :-)
Author's Response:
I thank you immensly for this review. I had thought I had disallowed a right click menu, but I must've used the wrong command, and that is now fixed. Also, teleportation has been fixed as well. Oh, and a con system. Must not forget that :P
Truly, thank you for how people were cheating :)

"Awesome continuation of the first!"
I loved the addition of the plot, but it lacked the length that the first one had - but it was still very fun to play. (Where were those wall-bouncing lasers we discussed? ;-)) I look forwards to more of these, with more weapons, ammo, levels, and enemies. Speaking of which, the plot and moving/attacking foes were a wonderful addition from the original target practice game.
And now the assignment sections and passwords:
Briefing - briefing
Spidey time - spidersense
Up or down - thechoice
The Queen - stinger
Final push - jumpjump
Red eyes - funtime
Author's Response:
Thanks for the review, Newgrundling :)
As for the laser, I submitted a request to the R&D department but those guys can certainly take their time. The good news is that it should be ready for assignment 2. lol, :D

but after I cleared the ice world with the first, main guy... nothing. Nothing happened, I beat the boss, a portal appeared, I got the ice icon, bound to '1', and I could shoot ice arrows and everything... but uh... couldn't get through the portal? It was probably something obvious, but I tried down, up, attack, shooting/hitting it with ice, etc.... and nothing worked :-(
Awesome game though, I hope I can use it without getting stuck next time
Author's Response:
There will be a fix shortly. Being perfect is difficult :P
Our appologies and please play again.

"It was really nice, especially for your 1st entry"
But using only sound effects from Pinball 3D that comes with your computer gets a little awkward at times... check out flashkit dot com, it's got a LOT of sound effects, etc.
For being under 100KB, this flash was quite entertaining. Keep up the good work :-)
Author's Response:
Cut off from internet while I made this :P
Lame sound, yes.
Some sounds i download from flashkit.com doesn't work...

I enjoyed it the first time you submitted it, and I'm sorry that the whistle got blown on it when Joeffrey submitted it, but it looked a lot more suspicious than it did this time.
Joffrey_Zero (PID 1070370), you changed your screen name from skatering, your e-mail address from jofrygeenen at msn dot com to zero at, and your site from www dot libraryofstick dot com to vanflash dot nl.
You already submitted this flash entry, id=264312 - with the old SN, e-mail, and site, and just yourself. I see you have changed those things this time, and are submitting the entry with AgentStick (PID 832595) and Try_byzer (PID 1309904) this time; but while they're both low-levels, AgentStick appears to always have had that name, and be from Netherland, as does Try_byzer; so this looks a lot more legitimate this time, I'm only including these 2 paragraphs to explain the connection between this flash and the previous one for anyone confused, such as me.
As over-done as sticks are, this is a very smoothly-animated flash with funny ideas, and of course, lots of pie. As such, and with the rich diversity of work done in the collaboration, this is a quite excellent flash, you get my 5 :-)
Author's Response:
No, Zero did not submit it again... i did > Trybyzer.
I know it was a little bit confusing, but it's ok now.
I cannot add more Co-authors, because they don't have NG accounts.

especially with your left hand! I look forward to more finalized versions of this work, keep the awesomeness up :-)
I also really enjoyed the song (Why Zelda though?) - but I was wondering if you could send it to me in an e-mail attatchment (click my name in my profile for my address).
Author's Response:
Like i said I just added it for entertainment. It would have been boring if it had no sound at all.

I loved how bizarre and fresh this was from most side-scrolling shooter games.
My two biggest suggestions would be Weapon powerups, and more levels (and with more levels, perhaps passwords to skip back to them).
I got 86,700 points my first try:
Level 1: 37600
Level 2: 49100
For people who didn't notice, you can change your starting health from 100 to 150 to 200 from under the 'options' button in the main menu.
This has also probably been one of the funniest game's I've had the pleasure of playing. Keep it up :-)
Author's Response:
I thought i'd see some one post about powerups
powerups are fun but I was too lazy to put them in
